Located on Av. Vallarta, one of the most important streets in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone, the Meridiano 103 mixed-use project is being developed in the Ciudad Granja neighborhood, just a few minutes from commercial centers, markets, pharmacies, parks, restaurants and universities.
With an orientation to the north and south of the city, the development has three 18-level buildings. Each level has four apartments of different models for the investor to choose from, with construction measuring from 710 to 1,980 square feet.
Developed under an urban concept, the units feature two or three bedrooms, all with living room, dining room, kitchen, walk-in closet, laundry room and balconies that promise some of the best views of the city.
In one of the towers, the project’s two-level commercial area has common-use amenities for the inhabitants of the entire development, who have access to a swimming pool, multipurpose room, game room, children’s play area, gym and business center.
The development is the creation of renowned architect Alberto Tacher, who, with avant-garde taste, blended the functionality of urban life with a very pleasant wooded environment native to the area.
