Real estate investment trust Fibra MTY announced the purchase of the office complex within the urban development known as Distrito La Perla, with an investment of 100.48 million USD.
The firm’s new acquisition consists of two office buildings (Bio and Esfera), which together represent approximately 463,569 square feet of Área Bruta Rentable (ABR) (Gross Rentable Area), built on a land area of approximately 165,796 square feet.
Currently, approximately 77 percent of the complex’s ABR is occupied. This Class A multi-tenant office project was designed by the renowned design and architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and was completed in 2018.
In Jalisco, Fibra MTY has three properties in Zapopan: the Reedwood portfolio, with an ABR of 124,915 square feet; the Patria portfolio, with an ABR of 85,788 square feet; and now the La Perla portfolio. In total, the three properties of this firm add up to 674,272 square feet in the state.
